Common Questions
What happens if customs detains my package?
Customs detention or seizure risks are borne by the buyer. We provide documentation support but cannot guarantee customs outcomes. Specialized shipping lines offer higher success rates.
Why is China marked as extreme risk?
China requires "Import Permit for Protein-Based Compounds" for peptide imports. This permit is only available for approved research institutions. Personal imports face extremely high rejection rates.
Can I get a refund if customs rejects my order?
Refunds are not available for customs-rejected orders as this is outside our control. We recommend ordering from lower-risk destinations or using specialized shipping partners.
Customs risk will be calculated based on your selected destination at checkout.
